After being gone through the training, Pavan Reddy served as the Nagar Kalashala Vidyarthi Pramukh at Boduppal and carried out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people living in the village zone.

He had a strong desire to serve in public service since he was a young boy. Pavan Reddy has grown up in a family where he has always been in the service of others. While finishing his education, he also participated in several service activities.
Having had a great conviction of service from childhood, Pavan Reddy desires to provide all of the services to the people in attainment. Having been inspired by Mr. Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, Pavan Reddy officially turned into a politician, eventually rising to become its Leader.
He takes a decent interest in the Party and engages proactively in every activity, performing out of his responsibilities in compliance with a code of conduct and for the benefit of the party’s publicity.
He ramped up his service and effort by accepting the prestigious position of BJYM District Vice President of Medchal-Malkajgiri from BJP in 2017 to provide care for the people and the difficulties they face, and he worked in that capacity.
Pavan Reddy was promoted as the BJYM District General Secretary of Medchal-Malkajgiri from the BJP party in 2017 after receiving the authority and carrying out all operations as his commitment to the welfare of the people and by carrying out his full compliance with a code of conduct and also for the benefit of the recognition.
He keeps the confidence given in him by the people and sustains his service by focusing on the proximate welfare of the people and on initiatives that will make the Party prosper.
He earned the people’s admiration by holding out the commitments, obligations, and powers assigned to him. As a result, he was honored as the Medchal-Malkajgiri BJYM District President by BJP in 2018. He has served many people through his kind heart by carrying out the tasks assigned to him and earning the people’s responses.
His ongoing dedication and true attention gained him the elected position of 19th Division Corporator of Boduppal from BJP in 2020, and he has since served the welfare of society by carrying out his duties properly and by the rules and regulations.
His unwavering commitment and true effort gained him the position of BJYM State Vice President of Telangana in 2021 and has been constantly working for the people, thinking about their welfare, and gaining immense admiration from the people.

- According to the request of the BJYM State Department, a Swachhbharat activity was held at the Boduppal Government School on the occasion of Shahid Diwas this year.
- On the occasion of the Holi festival, Boduppal Municipal Corporation 19th Division Corporator Samala Pavan Reddy conveyed Holi greetings to the Division Sanitation Workers and expressed gratitude for the excellent service provided by the workers in keeping the colonies in the Division clean. He also expressed his delight at being able to share the festival with them this year.
- At the behest of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Yuva Morcha State Vice President and 19th Division Corporator Samala Pawan Reddy organized a crore signature drive to create job opportunities for the unemployed, to issue notifications for 2,00,000 vacancies in the state, and to immediately replace them, and to immediately announce an allowance of Rs 3,016/- for unemployed youth, among other things.
- Under the auspices of BJYM Central District, Samala Pavan Reddy participated in protests in front of educational institutions in four constituencies in Central Hyderabad district (Amberpet, Nampally, Khairatabad, and Jubilee Hills) demanding a reduction in the Telangana state government’s VAT (VAT) levied on petrol and diesel.
- As part of the Bikshatana campaign, Pawan Reddy and other BJP officials have been calling for the release of two lakh vacancies in Telangana state from the Youth Morcha, citing the non-payment of Rs 93,496 in unemployment compensation owed to the jobless up to this point.
- The Mayor of Boduppal Municipal Corporation, Samala Buchi Reddy, and the new Deputy Mayor, Lakshmi Ravi Goud, were the special guests during the inauguration of the Boduppal Municipal Corporation 19th Division Pattana Pragatahi Program. BJYM state president Bhanu Prakash led the protest by kneeling in front of the TSPSC on his bare knees.
- During the period of general elections in 2014, he campaigned as the full-time leader and worked tirelessly to support the incumbent leader and bring in more voters to ensure the party’s victory. He also participated in the MLC Elections in 2015 for the graduate’s constituency for the districts of Hyderabad, Rangareddy, and Mahbubnagar, as well as the MLC Elections in 2016.

He also created awareness in every house by spreading information about the party and its schemes under the Pandit Deendayal Uppadayaya Karya Vistar Yojna.

- On the 12th of September, 2017, Pavan Reddy and other top officials were detained for their involvement in rallies against the TRS administration, which demanded the official recognition of Telangana Liberation Day.
